It appears my "photoblog" is working to a certain degree. It's not everything I want it to be, but I suppose it's functioning well enough now to be announced. It can be accessed HERE or via the photoblog button at the bottom left of this site. I'm still not completely sure of it's purpose, but maybe it's a motivator to get me posting more often!

My Challenging Perceptions series is featured in the winter edition of PhotoEd Magazine, which should be available now. The editor saw my work in the Ryerson MaxEx show in 2007 and contacted me when PhotoEd decided to publish an issue focusing on panoramic photography.

Another Power Within with Mr. Clinton, this time in Moncton! I had a couple hours of daylight to walk around, so here are some of my touristy photos I took. I went out later at night for dinner and despite the -15 C temperature, there was a thick fog rolling in off the river. I've never felt such freezing, humid weather before.

I normally would hesitate to post concert pictures as they are most often taken from a distance and with fairly elementary camera gear. I figured first row ACDC at the Skydome (Rogers Centre) was an exception to this rule. I used a Sony DSC W170 at 400 ISO and was exceedingly impressed with the results. So, after much anticipation, I am finally starting to blog! I was fortunate enough today to get my second chance to meet Bill Clinton. Mr. Clinton was speaking at a Power Within lecture series at the Four Seasons Centre in Toronto and I was hired as the event photographer. I also covered his Power Within lecture in Calgary in June 2008. I took photos of him meeting delegates and also photographed the lecture itself.
